Something is confusing
Use the Send feedback button in the corner of any signed-in page and choose "I'm confused by something". It tells us which page you were on — nothing you've written.
Something is broken
Same button, choose "Something's broken". If a page won't load at all, try refreshing once first.
You have a question about your plan
On your outlook, "Help me understand this result" explains in plain language how the answer was worked out — it changes nothing. If that doesn't settle it, use the Send feedback button and choose "I have a question". Questions aren't bugs, and we read them separately. Forejoy can explain its own workings, but it can't give you financial, legal or medical advice.
Signing in
Forgotten your password? Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Your information
In Settings you can download a copy of everything you've saved, delete your plan and start over, or delete your account entirely. See our privacy notice.
